I practice what I call menditation. Menditation is part of my daily morning routine that I don't always stick to. I use a timer app, set it for ~21 minutes with a gong at the beginningm 8 minutes, 8 minutes and the end. First I meditate (focus on observing sensations). The next set of 8 minutes I mend, usually darning. For the last 5 minutes I stretch in whatever way feels good.
